Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Sea AI ("the App"), developed and operated by Sea AI ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Sea AI is a maritime artificial intelligence assistant application designed for seafarers and maritime professionals. The App provides AI-powered tools and modules including, but not limited to, Machinery AI (Engine Room Expert), Deck AI (Navigation & Operations), ETO AI (Electrical Systems), as well as quick access tools for Infirmary, Spare Parts, Contract management, Audit, Checklist, Legal Help, Inspection, and Stock management. These features are intended to assist maritime professionals in their daily operations.
To access and use the App, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password, or by signing in through Google authentication. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at sea.ai.app0@gmail.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App is provided for personal and professional use by maritime professionals. You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App; using the App for any unlawful purpose; sharing your account credentials with third parties; attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, its servers, or other users' accounts; using the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App; or interfering with the proper functioning of the App.
The App offers optional premium subscription plans ("Premium") that provide access to additional features and enhanced content. By purchasing a Premium subscription, you agree to the following:
• Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the applicable subscription rate.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Google Play Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a Premium subscription.
• Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policies.
The App utilizes artificial intelligence to generate content, recommendations, and assistance across its various modules (Machinery AI, Deck AI, ETO AI, and other tools). You acknowledge and agree that:
• AI-generated content is provided for informational and reference purposes only.
• AI-generated content does not constitute professional maritime advice, engineering advice, legal advice, or medical advice.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any AI-generated content.
• You should always verify AI-generated information against official maritime regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and professional standards before acting upon it.
• AI-generated content should never replace the judgment of qualified maritime officers, engineers, or other professionals.
• Any reliance on AI-generated content is at your own risk.
The App is designed as a supplementary tool for maritime professionals. It is not intended to replace proper maritime training, official safety procedures, regulatory compliance requirements, or professional expertise. Users must always comply with applicable international maritime regulations, including but not limited to SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and ISM Code requirements. The App should not be used as a sole reference in safety-critical situations.
All content, graphics, icons, AI models, software, designs, and other materials within the App are owned by Sea AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content, data, or information you submit or input into the App, including queries, inspection data, stock records, and other operational data. By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your input data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services. We will not share your personal input data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App may utilize third-party services for authentication, data processing, and other functionalities. These third-party services may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party service providers:
• Google Play Services
• Firebase
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content, maritime data, or other information provided through the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sea AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content, maritime information, or recommendations provided by the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sea AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Profile settings. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or us, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Active Premium subscriptions should be cancelled separately through the Google Play Store to avoid further charges.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on this page. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
The App is designed for maritime professionals and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at sea.ai.app0@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sea AI regarding the use of the App, and supersede any prior agreements between you and Sea AI relating to the App.
